09:00- 11:30 Official welcoming of the participants. Checking the Gantt chart.

Project survey results were presented by Mr.Laane from Rääma Noorte Ühing Noorus to allpartners with a short report. From the discussion of the project survey report came out the four e-learning modules that will be created by partners for the Intellectual Output 1. The four elearning modules that will be realized are the following:

  1. Managing information. Information online and its impact. Referencing and plagiarism. Advanced search engine options. Communication. Different opportunities to communicate online. Types of information should or should not be shared online. – Nooruse Maja
  • Problem-solving. Privacy settings. Basic maintenance on the computer and other devices. Risks on the Internet. Managing a digital identity. Physical and Digital identities. Digital identity management and control.- Mobility Friends
  • Creating. Creating and sharing online documents and presentations. Advanced presentation tools. Advanced online versions of interactive games and websites. – Alternativi International
  • Ways of teaching digital skills. Digital competences. Learning methods. Non-formal learning methods. – Futuro Digitale

11:30 – 13:00 – The consortium decided that each e-learning module will be minimum 20 pages plusquizzes, in order to guarantee a greater interest of adult educators on it. The quiz of each module will consist in a multiple choice test and each partner will check the answers of participants related to their own module. In addition, at the end of the e-learning modules duration, participants will take an evaluation questionnaire and after that they will receive a certificate of accomplishment.

The deadline for the delivery of the IO1 are the following:

-1st July: Each partner will send to Futuro digitale its own e-learning module plus quizzes

-15th August: Moodle Platform that will contain the modules will be ready and all content uploaded there (modules, videos, quizzes)

Each partner takes the responsibility to involve and make enroll to the platform a minimum of 15 youth workers per country.

-1 th October: Moodle platform with e-learning modules will temporarily deactivated due to the need to track the progress and the results of the adult learners that enrolled in the platform and take all modules.

14:00 – 15:00 Output 2: Handbook was discussed as well by the partners, in terms of content, designand etc, and we agreed that by 15 of May each of us will make proposal for structure of the handbook, than we will discuss it over skype meeting and set up the final version and divide the parts in between the partner organization.

15:00- 15:30: Partners discussed about the organization of the training event (C1) that will take placein Pärnu (Estonia) from 9th to 16th January 2020. The main criteria and deadlines for the selection of participants were also commented and agreed. Before the training participants will follow a pre-departure preparation in the premises of their organization, subscribe to the e-learning modules and

read the training materials handbook. More details have to be received by Nooruse Maja team that will provide an infopack within the end of September 2019.

15:30 – 16:30 Partners discussed the implementation of the 3-rd transnational meeting which willtake place in Italy and we agreed that beginning of June we will fix the exact dates for the meeting in Italy which will happen in the month of October 2019.

16:30 – 17:30 Partners discussed about the project dissemination strategy and designed adissemination plan for the survey report, e-learning modules and the training event that will

take place in Estonia. 4 dissemination activities (1 per each partner) to carry out in June 2019 where the Needs and Analysis report has to be disseminated. Photos of the events have to go on social media and website.
